Hermes Airports, the Cyprus Tourism Organisation and Pafos Regional Board of Tourism were delighted to welcome the first flight of Germania to Cyprus on the 25th of March 2015 at Pafos Airport. Germania flights connect Cyprus with five German cities.With the occasion of the arrival of the first flight of Germania to Pafos from Hamburg, Hermes Airports, CTO and Pafos Regional Board of Tourism co-organised a welcoming event which included a water arch salutation for the aircraft of Germania. In addition, in an aim to create a special welcoming atmosphere for the first arriving passengers, various artists performed folkloric music and dances in the Baggage Reclaim Area (Arrivals) of Pafos Airport, offering a unique sense of the traditional Cyprus welcoming to the German tourists.
